The St Vincent’s Concept Master Plan for this 4 hectare site at Westmead undertaken for Western Sydney University establishes a new town centre for the precinct. This centre will serve Westmead, the largest medical campus in the southern hemisphere. The master plan creates a structure of well scaled streets and squares, clearly distinguishing public and private spaces while achieving density without compromising the quality of the public domain and the amenity of future residents.
